Hello! I’m Dawn Boiani, a wellness coach. For years, I struggled with chronic insomnia that left me feeling exhausted, frustrated, and isolated. Sleep eluded me despite my best efforts and countless remedies. I tried everything from over-the-counter medications to various sleep aids, but nothing seemed to bring the relief I so desperately needed. This challenging period was more than just a series of sleepless nights—it was a journey through darkness that tested my resilience and hope.
Through perseverance and a relentless search for answers, I eventually found a combination of strategies and techniques that transformed my sleep and my life. I discovered the profound impact of holistic approaches, mindfulness, and sleep science in restoring my well-being. The relief I experienced was life-changing, and it ignited a passion within me to help others who were struggling with similar issues.
This personal transformation became my driving force to give back and share the solutions that had finally brought me peace. I decided to become a sleep coach, not just to support others but to guide them through the same transformative journey that had helped me. My experience as an insomnia survivor has given me a unique perspective and empathy for those facing sleep challenges. I understand firsthand the frustration and desperation that can accompany sleepless nights, and I am committed to providing practical, compassionate support.
